Honey Bee bath bomb review

Mmmmmm this smells of Honey I Washed The Kids. That lovely honey and caramel smell. I used this bath bomb the other day and that honey is sooo soothing! This also has rhassoul mud which makes it soo soothing. I would defiantly recommended paring this up with HIWTK or its raining men shower gel.

The bomb it self looks like a bee with its yellow and darker yellow tone to it. This is one of their bigger bath bombs from lush, and believe me it is HUGE!

This fizzed away at a medium pace it wasn’t like twilight ,which is really slow, but it wasn’t like think pink ,which is really fast. It turned the bath water bright yellow and you could see little flakes of mud at the bottom. It made the whole bathroom smell of honey though.

Downsides: Apart from the mud and the yellow water it didn’t really do anything else. It wasn’t amazing with really pretty colours; to be honest the water colour wasn’t that pleasant. Also, the smell isn’t strong until it gets in the water.

My top 10 DAY 1

Every day (well I will try) I will upload a part of my top 10.

DAY 1:

At number 10 is mmm melting marshmallow moment. The best part of it is the smell. It smells like candy floss which is such a gorgeous smell. It is pink and looks like a giant marshmallow. This is a bath melt from lush. They melt very slowly in your bath and make the water all nice and smooth.

 

The reason why it is only at 10 is because it doesn’t do particularly allot. I would much rather get  bath bomb and this is more expensive. I just don’t think its very good for the price.

mini mini lush haul!

I went shopping today and spent my allowance on lush 😀 All the staff there were very nice, I got to see a demo of the enchanter bath ballistic. It was amazing however, I didn’t like the smell very much. The lady also talked through all the bath bombs and bubble bars, what they smelt like and what they do. I would totality recommend going into the lush shop and not ordering online because I love the in-store experience.

The first thing I got is one of my favourites and has been a re-buy many times…

Creamy candy bubble bar

This costs £2.50 or $7.40 This is one of the cheapest bubble bars in the UK.This smells really nice and candy like. Its smells exactly the same as the rock star soap

The next thing I got was the rock star soap. It smells of candy and is a beautiful light pink colour. I was deciding between this and the godmother and this was my favourite.

The last thing I got was the honey bee bath ballistic. This smells like honey which is one of my favourite smells from lush.

An Easter wishlist

So with Easter, coming up soon I can’t wait to try out some of their products! Here is a list… (does not include all the Easter items but I’ll upload them later :D)

The Brightside bubble bar (£4.25 each)

Instead of getting the reusable bubble bar, I wanted to get this one because, I think it will be better value for money. I’m guessing the size and shape is the same as the comforter and blue skies and fluffy white clouds. Also, it appears to have a similar orangey citrusy smell like red FUN, which I have and love.

Everything’s bright about this bubble bar, from the swirling orange and red colour to the juicy citrus fragrance. Simon calls this scent ‘Triple Orange’, and it’s easy to see why – close your eyes and you can imagine you’re lying in a sunny orange grove (without the danger of falling fruit landing on your head!) If you prefer to keep your eyes wide open, you’ll enjoy the sight of vivid orange water and mountains of foamy bubbles.

Easter egg hunt- soap (£3.40-100g, £8.50 250g, £17.00 500g)

I love the look of this soap (as below)! It looks soo colourful with all the Easter eggs hidden on top and inside. Its meant to smell like raspberry and I have had a few things from other stores which smell of raspberry (and that’s a good smell)!

A whole truckle of this looks like a giant lawn studded with Easter Eggs ready to be found. You don’t have to look very hard though – there are loads of them – making this a very impressive-looking soap!Easter Egg Hunt is fragranced with the same raspberry perfume as our Mother’s Day Mumkin bubble bar. The sweet fruitiness makes this soap a brilliant Easter gift for anyone who’s trying to avoid chocolate this year. You could even try hiding pieces around the house for your family to find on Easter Sunday – it’d be an Easter Egg Hunt Hunt!

Fluffy egg bath bomb (£2.95)

I wanted this one because of the scent. I love all the sweet candy smells from lush and I’m keen to try out new bath bombs. The price is very reasonable too.

Drop this egg-squisite* bath bomb into a tub full of warm water and enjoy wallowing in the sweet as candy waters. A superb Easter treat for big and little kids alike, Fluffy Egg is a must have for fans of all things sweet, too.

 

Henata bath bomb (£4.50)

I really want this one because it is (apparently) packed full of surprises including a mini egg ballistic, soap flower confetti and green glitter. Also, it shares the same scent as the red FUN. For the price, it is quite good value because it has lots off stuff in it and it looks quite big.

Mexican piñatas are colourful model animals that children smash to reveal hidden sweeties inside. It’s a lot of fun, and we wanted to create our own version for the bath. We chose a cheerful chicken and called her Henata! Smash her against the side of your bath for an explosion of wonderful surprises – a mini ballistic egg, a blooming big bunch of soap paper flowers and a shower of green glitter.

As you may know, Mothers day is coming soon (10th of march). As always, lush have got their seasonal products all sorted. So here they are…

Madame butterfly reusable bubble bar.

Think Pink Bath Ballistic- review

This was my first ever bath bomb/ballistic from lush and I absolutely adored it! This is perfect after a long day and all you want to do is relax.

Its hard to describe what this one smells like. I would say it smells a little like candy and vanilla, a typical pink smell. I really like the smell of this.

Products I want to try- dragons egg bath ballistic.

…A new idea that I will be doing, its different from reviews!

Last time I went in the store I was hoping to buy this product however, I couldnt really smell it because this lady did a lovely hand massage on me with some strong smelling cream and that’s all I could smell.

According to stuff I have read, it smells like grapefruit and lemon, so I know i would love this one! Apparently, it makes a really moisturising foam on top lets out a gold sparkly colour which also turns your water that colour too!

I bought one recently and I have been obsessed with this bathbomb for ages as i like the smell but when i used it about a week ago it seemed to have popping candy in (it didnt before they started putting popping candy in most bathbombs), like the bathbombs at christmas, i found this quite irritating as i was trying to relax after a stressful day? I still like the smell and would use it again as i like the foamyness of it.

This is a really cool bath bomb. Lush is amazing. I got this and two other bath bombs free today because the girls working in there thought my boyfriend looked like the guy from One Direction and took pictures with him with all the valentines day stuff. It’s also my birthday and it had been a bit rubbish until that point. Lush is amazing and will always turn your day around!!! LOVE xxxxxxxx
